    - Deleted all Reminder Entries I was having an issue with reminders that I couldn't dismiss. I had found an article that referred me to MFCMapi.exe to remove all reminders and that would address the problem. What it did was remove all my calendar entries from that point forward. Is there any way to regenerate the calendar entries? I still see there is an accepted e-mail response from me that is in my sent mail folder - but I don't know how to reprocess those invitations.     - Print weekly view in 2007 extra box Have upgraded from 2003 to 2007 Enterprise. Printing 7 days now produces 8 boxes with one blank. In 2003 would only have 6 with the last box split in two for the weekend. Have tried calendar printing assisant which does it, but I want to use 1/2 sheet booklet, so can put into my paper diary.     - How to I change outlook not allowing meeting acceptance? At work, I use Outlook 2003 with Exchange. At home, I use Outlook 2007 on my PC. I have different e-mail accounts. However, in my contacts, I have an entry for myself with both my home and work e-mail. I use it to send to friends as a vcard etc. When I setup time for personal items on my work calendar, I usually invite myself by including my home e-mail in the invitee list. This is to setup an appointment on my home calendar as well. However, when I send the invite to my home e-mail address and Outlook2007, I get a message "As meeting organizer, you do not need to respond to the meeting" and it does not display the accept button. This would not be a problem if it would show up on my calendar at home, but it doesn't. Without the Accept button, I am unable to add to my home calendar with 2007 and send the acceptance notification back to my work address so that its confirmed and updated.     - Importing Calednar Entries from Oracle to Outlook 2007 I am currently switching from the most recent Oracle Calendar to Outlook 2007 on Exchange. I've been able to easily export my calendar entries from Oracle to Outlook, but I have one issue: the attendees from my Oracle meetings don't transfer to Outlook.     - Cannot get the calendar.live.com to sync with Outlook 2007 I cannot get the Windows Live Calendar (calendar.live.com) to sync with MS Outlook 2007. Here's an overview of the process and where it breaks down: Before - Install Outlook Connector Beta 12.1 and get it to "work" with email & contacts. 1. I go to calendar.live.com and create a new calendar. Under options make it default calendar. Delete other calendars (leaving US holidays & birthday) via website, create a test appointment. 2. Restart Outlook 2 or 3 times. The new calendar will show up. I can see the "test" appointment. I can connect to the calendar OK. 3. Within Outlook, create a second test appointment. (nothing fancy-just a plain appointment). 4. Go to email folder, hit send and recieve. 5. The "server status" returns an error (yellow triangle). "Calendar Error". I have pasted a copy of the detailed report below. 6. I can never get the calendar "server status" error to go away. Send and recieve, restarting outlook, waiting a long time before trying again, all do not work. Email and Contact folders do continue to work. I have tried this process in several different ways for the last week. I have tried reinstalling Outlook Connector Beta and running Windows Update. Other Issues: A. We have an issue with meeting request. We are using Office 2003 Sp3 Here is the scenario : Domain A user do a meeting requesting Domain B users. Domain B user accept the meeting and send a confirmation. As soon as User B has accepted the meeting, the meeting requester receive the confirmation message, the attendee (User B) appears twice in the scheduling outlook tab for users A. The attendee appears as require and Optionnal attendee. This not happen if the requester select someone in the Domain A or an external user, by exemple by using hotmail account. This happen only with users on the trusted Domain B Users from Domain B has been created as a contact in the Domain A to have GAL updated and messages are forwarded to Domain B using their @DomainB email address.     - Is this an Outlook normal behaviour and Why? A user running Outlook 2007 sp1 with mailbox in Exchange 2003 sp2 reported that he had sent a meeting invite to an email alias. When the alias members replies arrived, he went to the tracking tab of the meeting to tally the replies. He noticed that the users who have replied to his meeting request showed as 'optional attendee'. I was able to reproduced the same behavior using two different aliases.     - Invalid users forwarded meeting requests I have a user here that when she forwards a meeting requests to one specific person, the message comes back as saying someone else is an invalid user. This user used to work for us, but doesn't even have a valid Email account on our system. We were trying to think of how a meeting request could have been forwarded to an invalid employee. Would this be because of a rule set up, associated with the still-valid user that's receiving these requests, on that user's login in Outlook?     - Appointments in 2007 want to update everyone I recently had 2007 installed on my computer. Here is an example of a problem I have come across and don't know how to get around it. Let's say that I invite several people to a meeting. After creating the meeting, I want to go back and schedule that meeting to start 15 minutes early, only for myself so I can set up a projector, etc. I just want to block off extra time on my calendar and to remind myself I need to get there early.     - Calendar entries Morning all, We are using exchange server 2003 and outlook 2003. I have a user who had an entry put in her calendar that she says she didn't add. When you look at the scheduling tab it shows that she was the meeting organiser but she insists she never added the entry. Also there is one other person delegated to her account and they said they never made the entry either. I (as an administrator with full control over all mailboxes) added an entry to her calendar and when you look at the scheduling tab, it show that the user is the meeting organiser.     - Resources! Argh! We recently changed over to Outlook for all of our mail/calendarin needs here at work. We are using 2003 version. The problem we're having is scheduling resources (ie meeting rooms) fo monthly and yearly recurring meetings. (Daily & weekly seem to wor fine.) For example: I have a meeting that is held from 10-11 a.m. every secon Thursday of each month. I can enter it just fine, but the resource I' trying to schedule the meeting in always declines it. This is the message I get: -*Your meeting request was declined This resource can only be scheduled during the working hours of 8:00 A to 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.-* Is there something wrong with how the resource was set up? or is ther some sort of permissions that would allow monthly and yearly recurrin meetings? This is compounded with resource type invitees (conference rooms) which will automatically reject the entire series if one of the occurrences has a conflict. Ideas: -Provide a lower zoom. 50% is currently the minimum which will show about 2 weeks when viewing the scheduling view (calendar). For multi-week recurrences it would be nice to be able to see a couple months at a time. i.e 25%, 12.5% -Provide better visibility for recurring appointments on the scheduling view. This is a minor color change which is difficult to see and even harder when you zoom out (75%, 50%). Make it more noticeable. With the goal of identifying conflicts. -Emphasize through color or some other method, conflicts on the scheduling view. Specifically for resource type invitees. Humans can juggle their schedule. I noticed today that my Outlook 2007 calendar is missing ALL appointments
prior to the last week of July 2008. Also, I got a reminder notice for 4
appointments but I can't do anything with the reminders because it can't see
the appointment.

I haven't done anything to my computer other than accept a McAfee security
update this morning that required I restart the computer. It was after this
that I noticed the calendar items were gone.

Are you using a custom view? If you use By Category, can you see the missing
appointments?
