Is there a way to e-mail my calendar to another person who has outlook and
have it paste into their calendar

versions of outlook you and your friend use? you can send them individual
appointments or a single ics if using outlook 2007

In addition to Diane's suggestions, you could also copy your calendar to a
separate PST and mail that PST to the other person.
