I have been using Outlook and calendar in Office 2003. I now have Office
2007 but when importing my calendar (as a .pst file) from 2003 to 2007 it
completely changes its original format and look.
How do I retain the original format?

Don't import. SImply open the original PST. Office Button>Open>Outlook
Data File.
