there are two word templates at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp that will pull data from
outlook and create a calendar in a word document. Once the data is added to
the word doc, you can color dates or add pics - anything you can do to any
word doc can be done to the calendar. They work with all versions of Word.
