    - Meeting Organizer incorrect We have a calendar for our conference room set up as a public folder in Outlook to schedule meetings in. Everyone has access to this calendar and can schedule meetings. They are to be the organizer and invite themselves so it shows up on their personal calendar. Yet some meetings have been scheduled and the person doing it, is not listed as the meeting organizer in the Scheduling tab list of attendees, but someone else, someone who isn't even involved. How is this happening? Also, with some other meetings, when the Scheduling tab is viewed, the meeting organizer switched to the person viewing it at that time. What is happening here?     - Resources direct booking vs permissions Hi, Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. I have 2 resources mailboxes setup to auto-accept meeting invitations. I want every user in the company to be able to book the resources. If there is a conflict we want one person to deal with these problems.     - Outlook/Exchange Shared Calendar not updating Hello, We have a secretary updating her boss's calendar everyday. All of a sudden, none of her new or edited calendar entries are not being updated at her boss's calendar. He doesn't see any updates as she adds or changes them. If I go to another user's computer and update the same boss's calendar, it works fine. The problem seems to be isolated to her computer. Can anyone suggest any fixes?     - Attendee calendars not showing up (grey striped bar) in Scheduling This is a recurring issue. For example, I scheduled an appointment and some of the attendees names were recognized (reformatted after I typed them into the Scheduling tab), but the chart out to the right displayed a grey diaganolly striped bar as if I entered an unknown attendee. I checked with an attendee and I don't think he had logged in yet this morning. After I knew he was logged in, I checked the appointment and sure enough, I could see his appointments now. I then closed and reopened the appointment, and while I don't see the grey striped bar, I can only see his busy time as the appointment I scheduled, the rest of the bar appears to be available. He showed me his calendar and that is not the case.     - Lost Functionality When Accepting Meeting Requests I have Outlook 2003/SP3, Corporate Exchange Server environment, Windows XP SP2 I've been having this problem for some time (a year or more): A meeting request with a configured 30 minute reminder in my inbox. I accept the meeting. - The popup that asks about 'Edit response, send resonse, don't send response' is not displayed. - The meeting requestor does not get an 'Accept' (or decline, if I decline it) confirmation email. - The reminder is turned off in the calendar. I can go in and activate the reminder, but I must remember to do so. Here's the weird thing... I have at least one sub-folder where all of the above happens/works correctly. The other folders at the same level do not work. There is not much in folder properties, but what is there is the same between the folder that works correctly and the other folders. I have tried several things (most do not come to mind right now), but I even created a whole new user profile and relinked to my existing PST files. Nada. several years of saved data, so I must keep my existing PST files.     - Calendar upload password failure SAve password option is checked. I can login to the Windows Live ID using IE 7.0 with no problem. I deleted the saved calendar manually from Windows Live ID. I kept getting a request to enter my User ID and Password when I attempted to upload my calendar again to lboxall@bellsouth.net. The only time that Outlook will upload the calendar is after I have deleted and reregistered my Windows Live ID account. I am using MS XP Professional and a Verizon USB720 Modem to connect to the internet. All other Outlook 2007 functions appear to be OK. However some of my attendees say they can see a list of all people invited/accepted when they look at the invitation in their calendar.     - edit overdue calendar entry -removes reminder & sets recurrence I have just got a new pc and imported my old .pst to the new computer (Using Outlook2003). On my old pc - when I edited an overdue reminder in the reminders list, if I saved and closed, the reminder would stay in the reminders list until snoozed or dismissed. On this pc. If I edit the overdue reminder -on save and close it will dismiss it automatically from the reminders list and add an ongoing recurrence. I have to go back into the calendar entry, remove the occurrence it has set, save it and then go back in a second time to retick the reminder period. Whenever I synch my iphone to outlook, the time of the appointment changes 4
hours. My computer is set to the correct time as is my iphone.

is the time zone correct on both? based on the 4 hr difference, I'm guessing
your are in the eastern time zone and the iphone is in gmt.
