I am on Exchange 2003 SP2 and I am using Office Outlook 2007. I need to share
a calendar that is not my main calendar with 2 users on the same server but
running outlook 2003. any ideas?

Assuming they have the correct permissions, they need to add your mailbox to
their folder list.
