    - Audit Trails I have a question regarding appointment that have been declined. Is there any way to track (from the calendar) where appointments were declined? I often have issues with people I support wondering "why this isn't on my calendar." There's always a reason at the time (such as it conflicted at one time with something else that is no longer on the calendar) but it is often difficult to determine well after the fact.     - outlook always asks for password Hi, I use microsoft outlook version 2003 SP 3 to retrieve mails via pop3, when retrieving mails i get a pop up asking me to insert the password, I tried many times to insert the password but it asks again, if I press cancel to this pop up outlook retrives the mails ! this pop up really bugs me cause if outlook is open it pops up each time it tries to login and retrive mails from the pop 3 server, how I cancel it? BTW, in the mail account config I entered the password of the account and marked the check box of rememebering the password so hoe can I remove this pop up for good? thanks a lot! I do not want to receive meeting requests in my Inbox, but I do want them to appear as Tentative in my Calendar so that I do not schedule a conflicting appointment myself. When the option is selected to have meeting requests go only to my delegate, the meeting does not show on my Calendar until the delegate responds. If I am at a meeting and must check my Calendar for availability for follow-up meetings, I may not know all the free times if my delegate has not yet responded to requests received. If I select the option to have meeting requests be automatically Accepted (rather than Tentative), that does not give the flexibility to determine which meeting has priority. Have run upgrade manually and with a custom .MSP file and a .vbs script.     - appointments don't appear in shared calendar I have one user whose appointments only appear in a shared calendar for her. No one else is able to see them. We are running Exchange 2003 with a shared calendar in public folders. This user is using Outlook 2007. I gave her permission to edit the calendar the same as others. Another user on the same computer is able to add appointments to the shared calendar that everyone else can see. I ran scanpst against the ost for this user and it did repair some errors, but didn't fix the issue. I want to think that something is hiding the appointments from being viewed by others, but I can't think of what it is. I've never encountered this before and Google has failed me. Thanks.     - Sharing a calendar between 2 corporate systems My wife and I both work, and both travel from time to time. We both use our calendars at work (MS Outlook 2003) to coordinate our seperate work/personal commitments which includes school activities for our children. I am looking for a solution that would allow us to enter in personal/ school/work/travel commitments on a central "Family" calendar, and preferably have that sync up with our MS Outlook 2003 calendars at work. Ideally calendar activities would sync both ways (from the "family calendar" to our work calendars and visa versa), but I could live with a 1 way sync if that was all that was possible.     - Calandar Reminders Not Working I did a new Instalof Outlook 2007 on a New Vista 32bit PC, I opened Outlook and created an Outlook. I had been running Outlook 2007 on another Visa 32 Bit PC.     - "Private" meeting room requests I manage the mailbox for five different conference rooms. When someone sends a meeting request for one of the rooms and they mark the appointment as "private", the inbox for the room will bold as if there's an email request, however, no email shows up in the box.     - View Group Schedule problem When we use the View Group Schedule feature in Outlook 2007 (Exchange Server 2007 SP1) and look at a resource, we don't see the subject of the appointment, but instead we see the meeting organizer as the subject, and the body/message of the appointment is empty. If you open the appointment from the group schedule, it also shows the subject as the organizer's name and an empty body/message. I went into the mailbox of each resource and set the Permission Level to Reviewer for the Default name. This is the case for most appointments that show up on the Group Schedule viewer, however there are some appointments that the subject shows up for correctly and you can see the body/message when opening the appointment.     - Event Notifications in Remote Desktop We have Office 2003 installed on our W2K3 Terminal Servers. For some reason, Calendar Event Alerts work for some users, but not all. New Email popups work for everyone. I have checked all the settings between user profiles and I can find no reason why the alerts are not showing up for certain users. Try opening your Deleted Items folder and moving the item back to the
calendar.
