    - Outlook 2003 Calendar (Can't Delete Reminders from the year 1601) I have four reminders that keep popping up from Jan 01, 1601. I cannot get rid of them. It started after I loaded Office for Students 2007 which does not include Outlook 2007. It also started after I syncronized my calendar with Motorola Phone Tools. I don't think the Office for Students 2007 had anything to do with the problem but I put it in just as an observation. I quit using the Motoral Phone Tools because the phone calendar does not have provisions for repeat dates based on the day of the month. Example the second Tuesday of each month. I received an auto update from Microsoft that changed my Office 2003 to a trial version and have lost the ability to enter new items or edit existing recurring items in my calendar.     - Reminders disappearing Part II I had an issue with Outlook reminders (posted a few weeks back) where my reminders on my Outlook 2003 machine (cached mode) disappeared if I simultaneously opened Outlook 2007 (non-cached) on another machine. On the advice of two Outlook MVP's I upgraded my Outlook 2003 machine to 2007, and I get the same issue: *Create calendar item on machine #1, reminder window appears *If I open Outlook 2007 on machine #2, the reminder disappears For fun I created a calendar item on machine #2-- and the reminders don't pop-up at all! When I create and save a caledar item and re-open it, the reminder setting is blanked. On machine #1 I launched Outlook with /resetreminders, when that didn't work I used /resetfolders, but I get the same behavior.     - Error messsage accepting Meeting Invite Outlook 2002 accessing Exchange 2003 SP2 When one of my users tries to accept or view a meeting invite from a particualr user, they receive the following... "You changed one of the occurrences of this item, and this instance no longer exists. Close any open items and try again."     - create calendar form to print to dayplanner I have Outlook 2003, which has many appointments, birthdays, etc on the calendar. I would like to print calendar pages from it to put in a day planner (like Day Timer, Franklin Covey, et al), but to also include on each day an excel spreadsheet type form to track/record certain items on a daily basis and room for journaling, notes, etc. With all I'm trying to track and journal daily, it would probably have to be one (5.5" x 8.5") page per day, printed landscape - 2 to a regular 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.     - show more items in my calendar for each day, monthly view I was happier with my old outlook calendar, because when I printed out a month in view, I could see most if not all the calendar items. with 2007/Vista, the headings and numbers etc take up so much room, you can't see as many items. even when I change the font, the actual space that a calendar item takes up doesn't change. is there a way to change this, or go back to the old calendar format? When I look in the Calender and I have more Calender's next to each other the name of the calender of my collega = Calender Bert, but when I close Outlook en restart Outlook the name of the Calender = Calender without the name Ronald.     - Save As / HTML: can format/style be changed? I realize there are WYSIWYG limits as to how Outlook 2007 can export a calendar into web format, but I was asked if there's a way to change the default color schemes and some of the font types. In Outlook, the Calendar appears really nice when it's native. However, when exported to HTML the 'teal on dark teal' Win 3.11 theme along with fonts leave a bit to be desired.     - Published Office Online Calendar Not Updating When I had Outlook 2003, I published my calendar to Office Online. Updates occured regularly, and I had no problems.     - Send a Calendar via e-mail When I try to use this feature, most of my appointments don't show up. It DID work once this morning, then not since. I have one recurring app't that shows up, but none of my others...doesn't matter whether they're busy, out of office, private or not private...the times always show as free. After getting to about the 30th calendar we get the following error: You have exceeded your drive space limit on the server.     - Group Calendar help can someone please give me suggestions on how to do the following scenario? We are using Exchange 2007 cluster w/ Outlook 2007 clients 1. Shared training group calender so whole team can see meetings and updates. 2. Must allow duplicate meetings at same time (different trainers, different resources, same time) 3. The recurrent rate would be based upon the number of people who can do the task. There would be three different tasks, each with its own rate of recurrence. I want to create a work week calendar that only contains monday through friday, as I've found trying to work with the inclusion of saturday and sunday really reeks havoc when trying to coordinate a recurrent event based on a five day week into a seven day week. Eliminating the weekends in the calculation would seem to simplify things. The format of the calendar should be easily read by workers in cubicles.     - Outlook 2007 Group Scheduler I have an Exchange 2003 environment with clients running Outlook 2003 and upgrades to 2007 running. In one office, the entire suite moved to Outlook 2007. Now some of the users group scheduling windows cause Outlook to crash and restart. Others work normally. The crash occurs when you try to view an individual's calendar via the group scheduling window by clicking on the fiel folder icon next to their name. The window for the calendar will open and allow the user to view it, but when they try to close that view, Outlook hangs for about 15-30 seconds then announces that there is a problem and allows you to send a report to Microsoft. After this completes, Outlook opens again and works normally until you repeat the process. Office SP1 has been applied and that does not make any difference. Windows and Office have been patched by means of Microsoft Update. This is getting very frustrating and I cannot find anything similar on any forum, newsgroup or knowledge base. How many days do you have Outlook Today showing? How many days in the
future are the appointments in the calendar?

Thank you. Yesterday I entered an appointment for today. I have closed and
reopened Outlook, and it still doesn't show in Outlook Today, even though
Outlook Today is set to cover 7 days. But it does show in the calendar
itself for today. Does that answer your question?
