The only other thing I can think of is that you are not looking at your
SYSTEM calendar folder.
Outlook uses what is called System or Default Folders.
The Calendar folder that is firing the automated stuff is your
designated "Default or System Folder" for the Calendar.
I'm thinking that you have perhaps, a different calendar that is
the designated system folder (like in a pst or something).
To check the "Delivery Location" in OL2003:
Open the TOOLS menu
Select E-MAIL ACCOUNTS
Select VIEW OR CHANGE EXISTING E-MAIL ACCOUNTS
then click NEXT
Near the bottom of this window will be a small text box with the title:
"Deliver new e-mail to the following location"
It is probably close to the same in 2007, but I don't have access
to it at the moment.
