    - Cancelling recurring appointments erases all my data! Why is it that Microsoft has not fixed this obvious design flaw. If you end, or change a recurring appontment, all past edits to that appointment time are erased instead of only ones in the future. I switched from Palm software to what I thought was a more versitile program, and it does not even give you the option to change only future appointments. I found complaints going back to 2005 on this issue, and they have still not fixed it. Does Microsoft not listen to people who use their products? This has caused me and many others a lot of problems. The only work around for me is to cancal all recurring appointments and reset them each month. Great! That is over 70 recurring appointments each month that I have to delete and reset , which is very time consuming. Come on Microsoft fix this please!!!     - Outlook 2007 not showing times in Calendar Items I know there was a question about the month view not displaying times, but my question revolves around the day or week view. In Outlook 2003, if you started the appointment 5 minutes after the hour or half-hour, it would display the start and end times in the appointment/meeting.     - Outlook 2K3 free/busy information and delegate. Hi, Setup is Outlook 2003 SP3 in cached mode and Exchange 2003 SP2. We have a manager whose secretary is delegated to accept meetings on his behalf. The manager can see free/busy information for attendees when he is making an appointment or accepts it himself. He can not see free busy information of attendees, it includes himself, for meetings accepted on his behalf by his secretary. Did some digging and downloaded and applied the "Office2003-BK935411 -GLB.exe+" patch but the issue remains. I'm stumped, any help will be highly appreciated.     - Meeting Organizer incorrect We have a calendar for our conference room set up as a public folder in Outlook to schedule meetings in. Everyone has access to this calendar and can schedule meetings. They are to be the organizer and invite themselves so it shows up on their personal calendar. Yet some meetings have been scheduled and the person doing it, is not listed as the meeting organizer in the Scheduling tab list of attendees, but someone else, someone who isn't even involved. How is this happening? Also, with some other meetings, when the Scheduling tab is viewed, the meeting organizer switched to the person viewing it at that time. What is happening here? I want every user in the company to be able to book the resources. If there is a conflict we want one person to deal with these problems.     - Outlook/Exchange Shared Calendar not updating Hello, We have a secretary updating her boss's calendar everyday. All of a sudden, none of her new or edited calendar entries are not being updated at her boss's calendar. He doesn't see any updates as she adds or changes them. If I go to another user's computer and update the same boss's calendar, it works fine. The problem seems to be isolated to her computer. Can anyone suggest any fixes? We're using OL2007 and Exchange 2003 SP2 on SBS 2003 server. By the way, I fixed it once by deleting her profile and recreating it, but the same problem came back after a week. Any good ideas?     - Attendee calendars not showing up (grey striped bar) in Scheduling This is a recurring issue. For example, I scheduled an appointment and some of the attendees names were recognized (reformatted after I typed them into the Scheduling tab), but the chart out to the right displayed a grey diaganolly striped bar as if I entered an unknown attendee. I checked with an attendee and I don't think he had logged in yet this morning. After I knew he was logged in, I checked the appointment and sure enough, I could see his appointments now. I then closed and reopened the appointment, and while I don't see the grey striped bar, I can only see his busy time as the appointment I scheduled, the rest of the bar appears to be available. He showed me his calendar and that is not the case. I'm assuming this is some sort of Outlook/Exchange behavior that is expected, but can anybody fill me in on why it does this and how it can be avoided?     - Lost Functionality When Accepting Meeting Requests I have Outlook 2003/SP3, Corporate Exchange Server environment, Windows XP SP2 I've been having this problem for some time (a year or more): A meeting request with a configured 30 minute reminder in my inbox. I accept the meeting. - The popup that asks about 'Edit response, send resonse, don't send response' is not displayed. - The meeting requestor does not get an 'Accept' (or decline, if I decline it) confirmation email. - The reminder is turned off in the calendar. I can go in and activate the reminder, but I must remember to do so. Here's the weird thing... I have at least one sub-folder where all of the above happens/works correctly. The other folders at the same level do not work. There is not much in folder properties, but what is there is the same between the folder that works correctly and the other folders. I have tried several things (most do not come to mind right now), but I even created a whole new user profile and relinked to my existing PST files. Nada. several years of saved data, so I must keep my existing PST files.     - Calendar upload password failure SAve password option is checked. I can login to the Windows Live ID using IE 7.0 with no problem. I deleted the saved calendar manually from Windows Live ID. I kept getting a request to enter my User ID and Password when I attempted to upload my calendar again to lboxall@bellsouth.net. The only time that Outlook will upload the calendar is after I have deleted and reregistered my Windows Live ID account. I keep getting a reminder every time I open MS Office that will not let me
dismiss it, Each time it reminds me and uses the current date. When I try
to delete the reminder it states:

The custom form cannot be oppened. Outlook will use an outlook form
instead. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment.

What can I do to eliminate this reminder?
