    - Publish Calendar Possible bug I publish my calendar to office online and use outlook 2007 as my client for this. I have quite alot of recurring appointments as im a student, and to allow for my term times i enter them once for each term and recurr them till the end of the term How ever if i copy and paste an appointment and then make it a recurring event, when published to my online calendar it only shows the first appointment of the recurrance. If i create an appointment brand new and then make that recurring it will when published show all the appointments in hte recurrance as it should. Can this be submitted as a bug request, or does anyone have a solution to the issue?     - Outlook does not display time zones correctly. When I send/receive a meeting invite accross time zones, Outlook does not properly report the UTC time difference. For example, I recently received a new time proposal for a meeting. The new time proposal comes across as "Wednesday, September 24, 2008 10:30 AM-11:00 AM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)"; but 2008-09-24 is Daylight Savings time in the US and Canada; and 10:30 AM Mountain Time should equate to (GMT-06:00) not GMT-7 hours.     - Changes made to the item were lost due to a reconnect with the ser I work in IT and I have 2 users having similar problems. When trying to copy events over from 1 calendar to another, it works for the first, and sometimes, second time, then after that they receive a pop up error stating "Cannot copy items. Changes made to the item were lost due to a reconnect with the server." Restarting Outlook resolves this in about 2 out of 5 times. The only two ways the users can get around this is to: 1. Copy the event to their desktop, then onto the destination calendar. 2. Double click the event to forward, then once a new email is created with the event as an attachment, the attachment can then be dragged to the destination calendar. There seems to be no common denominator that I can find. The users and a couple of the calendars they manage (they're administrative assistants) are located on different servers, which would raise a flag that perhaps it's moving from 1 Exchange Server to another that's causing the issue, except that for a 1-month test period, one of the users and all of her calendars were recreated on 1 single server. Still, same error. Any ideas? This small problem is causing our work to fall behind as we're wasting too much time researching this and coming up with nothing. These are Gov't employees who work for high ranking military personnel, a simple "You've reached the limitations of the software" answer just isn't good enough for these people, so this is something that MUST be remedied on our behalf.     - Stop importing meeting invites(*.ics) sent through attachment. Hi Guys, Please help me with the problem. I donâ??t know if this is the default behavior or a setting in outlook. I am creating a meeting invite as an iCalandar file(*.ics file) and sending it as an attachment. The problem is when someone opens the attachment the meeting is automatically added it to the calendar, they have to reject it to remove from calendar. I want to add it only if they accept it. When the alias members replies arrived, he went to the tracking tab of the meeting to tally the replies. I wonder if anyone found any solution to the problem other than reinstalling all Outlook terminals. All users within a working group granted permissions to a generic group (Team Leaders) to create appointments in their calendars (and shared the calendars of course). Hi All,

I have tried to archive my Outlook 2003 calender without success.

When I archive outlook calender, no item is archived. The archive
process start for few seconds and then just stopped without any
notification. When I check on the Archive folder, no item are
archived.

I have also verified the modified date as specified in the KB article
is older than the archive date specified. I have also disabled cache
exchange and restart archiving but it does not help.
