Appointment time in Outlook 2003
I am using outlook calander to sync appointments with my wife and with active
sync on my phone. When I set up the appointment in my outlook on the
computer the time is correct. When I email and sync to the phone the time
changes to 1 hour behind. If I set up an appoint ment on my phone the sync
to my outlook on the computer the computer appointment time is 1 hour behind.
Do I need to adjust anything or what.

Reminders are turning off/missing appointments
I am using Outlook 2003 and since about April 1 I have been noticing calendar
entries that are missing. Has anyone else notice this? Has anyone found the
solution to this? Also when I create a new appointment that are recurring the
reminder is being turned off when I save and close. Has anyone else
experienced this? Does anyone know the solution? Tag: Outlook 2007 - Calndar Tag: 99011
I can't enter any more appointments? Calendar full?
I have discovered the great benefit of the Outlook calendar. Today I went to
add a few items and got the message "Could not save item." I can't print any
calendar pages, either, and so I hesitate to archive everything without some
back up. Do you think my calendar might be "full?" If so, is there a way to
delete selected items to open up space? Thanks! gmomsams Tag: Outlook 2007 - Calndar Tag: 99009

Disappeared Calendar Items
Hi. Using Outlook 2003/office professional edition. Somehow, 14 days of

happens again. Thanks Tony Tag: Outlook 2007 - Calndar Tag: 98975
Rename Outlook 2007 Calendar
I just upgraded to Office 2007. Outlook "forgot" all my shared calendars. I
added them back in, but they all appear with the Exchange mailbox name. In
Outlook 2003 it was possible to provide a different name other than the
Exchange mailbox name. This rename feature is greyed out in v2007, but
allowed in v2003. How can I supply a different name other than the Exchange
mailbox name in the "Poeple's Calendar's" panel? Thanks Tag: Outlook 2007 - Calndar Tag: 98974
BCC (Resource) invitees showing in Calendar Invites
When I send out invites too a Webinar, I add all attendees as BCC recipients.
However some of my attendees say they can see a list of all people
invited/accepted when they look at the invitation in their calendar.
Also when some people send their reply (accept/tentative/decline) the reply
is received by the organisor(which is right) and also, sometimes, by a random
person (who was part of the attendee/BCC list)
Has any1 else come across this?
How can I avoid this from happening?
I should also add that it only happens to the odd person, (1out of every 100)

edit overdue calendar entry -removes reminder & sets recurrence
I have just got a new pc and imported my old .pst to the new computer (Using
Outlook2003).
On my old pc - when I edited an overdue reminder in the reminders list, if I
saved and closed, the reminder would stay in the reminders list until snoozed
or dismissed.
On this pc. If I edit the overdue reminder -on save and close it will
dismiss it automatically from the reminders list and add an ongoing
recurrence.
I have to go back into the calendar entry, remove the occurrence it has set,
save it and then go back in a second time to retick the reminder period. If
this was previously set as a recurring event - I lose all previous and future
recurrences by doing this
Any ideas?

Calculating Hyperlinks
I need to review a status report weekly which is stored deep in

updated weekly (on Friday). I know I can add a link to the appointment when
the file has a constant name, like this:
<file://R:\Status Reports\2008\April\UUS Div\GL group\Status-04-25-08.xls>
is there a way to create a similar link but to calculate the last portion so
that it picks the file with the date of the most recent Friday?

Updates to meetings coming back undeliverable
Users in our organization are reporting an issue when sending meeting
updates. The first time they send the meeting request to internal employees
or outside customers, everything is fine and the meeting schedules without a
problem. If the organizer needs to make a modification to the meeting, say
the time, an undeliverable report will be sent to them that it did not reach
all recipients, but only for outside email addresses. The undeliverable does
not come back right away. The email appears to sit in the queue until it
times out. The undeliverable received is "could not deliver the message in
the time limit specified. 4.4.7". So to the organizer, they think everything
has been sent out and updated without any problems because they don't receive
any undeliverable right away. We are running Exchange 2003 and all users
have Office 2007. Any help would be appreciated.
