    - Office Online Calendar - Error Hi, We are publishing about 100 calendars to Office Online. They have very little or no data in them at this time. After getting to about the 30th calendar we get the following error: You have exceeded your drive space limit on the server. Would you like to go to the office online website to manage your published calendars now? When we go to the site for management it indicates that we have only used 3% of the 2mb limit. Questions: 1.     - Group Calendar help can someone please give me suggestions on how to do the following scenario? We are using Exchange 2007 cluster w/ Outlook 2007 clients 1. Shared training group calender so whole team can see meetings and updates. 2. Must allow duplicate meetings at same time (different trainers, different resources, same time) 3. Track changes ( all team members must be able to see who has accepted and who has rejected the meetings and any other details that have changed.)     - Create a work task calendar with only M-F and recurring events Excell 2002. I want to create an office task calendar. The tasks would be recurring events. The recurrent rate would be based upon the number of people who can do the task. There would be three different tasks, each with its own rate of recurrence. I want to create a work week calendar that only contains monday through friday, as I've found trying to work with the inclusion of saturday and sunday really reeks havoc when trying to coordinate a recurrent event based on a five day week into a seven day week. Eliminating the weekends in the calculation would seem to simplify things. The format of the calendar should be easily read by workers in cubicles.     - Outlook 2003 reminders are flashing/pulsing I have recently upgraded Office 2003 Sp2, to Sp3 and other downloadable patches after running microsoft update process. But after doing this Outlook 2003 becomes unusable.     - Appointments from my device are synchronized, but not the ones from Outlook I am using an HP iPAQ h2215, ActiveSync 4.5, and Outlook 2003 for my calendar.     - Outlook 2007 Group Scheduler I have an Exchange 2003 environment with clients running Outlook 2003 and upgrades to 2007 running. In one office, the entire suite moved to Outlook 2007. Now some of the users group scheduling windows cause Outlook to crash and restart. Others work normally. The crash occurs when you try to view an individual's calendar via the group scheduling window by clicking on the fiel folder icon next to their name. The window for the calendar will open and allow the user to view it, but when they try to close that view, Outlook hangs for about 15-30 seconds then announces that there is a problem and allows you to send a report to Microsoft. After this completes, Outlook opens again and works normally until you repeat the process. Office SP1 has been applied and that does not make any difference. Windows and Office have been patched by means of Microsoft Update. This is getting very frustrating and I cannot find anything similar on any forum, newsgroup or knowledge base.     - Synchronization is happening one direction only I use Microsoft Outlook 2003, HP iPAQ h2215, and ActiveSync 4.5 for my calendar. When I create an appointment on Outlook and attempt to synchronize (by right-clicking the ActiveSync icon in the notification area and selecting Sychronize), it does not get sent to my iPAQ. However, if I create an appointment on my iPAQ, it successfully synchronizes automatically. But even after the appointment(s) created on my iPAQ get synced into Outlook, the appointment(s) created in Outlook still aren't synced to my iPAQ. It's almost as if ActiveSync doesn't realize that appointments created in Outlook are supposed to get synchronized. Is there something I need to do that I could be forgetting?     - Meeting invitation times changed by outlook I have a client who is having an issue with outlook 2003.. When he receives a meeting invitation the application is modifying the time to reflect standard time, one hour prior to the actual event. The calendar time zone is set correctly and automatically adjusted for daylight savings. Is there a way to have a canceled appointment automatically removed from an Outlook 2003 calendar when you are using Rescource Management? I have an e-mail account setup for my business that acts as a scheduling device for the conference room. I have the Resource Management setup to automatically accept invitations and cancelations, which works great, except that canceled appointments still remain on the conference room calendar, even though they show as free time.     - Outlook Not Responding To All: My Outlook 2007 with BCM works about 85% of the time. The other 15% of the time I get a message on the Title Bar saying (Not Responding) and the whole screen looks like it has a film over it and it is all faded out. In the meeting requests several people are invited (once, important for later). The invitees receive the request and accept. show them where? If they are being deleted from the calendar, turn off
archiving right click on the calendar folder, choose Properties, the change
the auto archive setting.
