I copied my old .pst file, specifically calendar, into the default calendar.
Initially, it was showing up as Calendar. Now it is appearing as Calendar
(2). Are there two copies of my calendar? How do I get rid of the (2)? I
thought that you couldn't change the default name, Calendar?

Also, when I migrated my old information into the new, dates where I had
activity prior to April 2008 are not 'bolded'. I have to search day-to-day
in December for example to see where I had activity. Is there are way to
change it so that all dates that had activity are bolded?

Thanks.

You can't change the name. You shouldn't copy the entire folder. Instead,
open it, switch to a table view like By Category, select all the items with
Ctrl-A, then copy the selection to the default calendar.
