    - Meeting Organizer incorrect In the scheduling tab when viewing a meeting on a calendar, the meeting organizer is not the person who set it up. Why is this? Tag: Order of all day events Tag: 98902

    - Updates to meetings coming back undeliverable Users in our organization are reporting an issue when sending meeting updates. The first time they send the meeting request to internal employees or outside customers, everything is fine and the meeting schedules without a problem. If the organizer needs to make a modification to the meeting, say the time, an undeliverable report will be sent to them that it did not reach all recipients, but only for outside email addresses. The undeliverable does not come back right away. The email appears to sit in the queue until it times out. The undeliverable received is "could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. 4.4.7". So to the organizer, they think everything has been sent out and updated without any problems because they don't receive any undeliverable right away.     - Custom Forms --publishing i created a very basic appointment form that defaults the sensitivity to private for all appointments that my boss makes. But when his delegate (she has "owner" permissions) tries to add things to his calendar from her outlook, she gets an "object cannot be found" error. I am assuming it is becuase she does not have this form on her computer. How do i publish it so that she has the same form as the boss? i tried to create the same exact form on her computer, but still got the error.     - Cannot accept meeting requests Here's a new one...When my users send meeting requests with more than two recipients the users cannot accept the meeting. It becomes an attachment to an email and when the users open the attachment they get something about them being the owner of the meeting an that they do not have to accept.     - Free/busy schedule no longer available I have a number of user that are missing the "Anonymous" user from the permission tab of the properties of their default Outlook calendars. Consequently, their free/busy schedules are no longer visible when they are invited to meetings. How can I re-enter this "Anonymous" user? I don't want to go through re-creating all new mailboxes just because of this. Microsoft provides a "Remove" button but does not allow re-adding this user. Your help is appreciated.     - Reminders and appointments comes back Hi, I had a hard drive crash and was very happy to have my outlook backed up on my external drive. i uploaded from HDD to my new outlook. it was not perfect. i am getting reminders for old appointments and events. i keep hitting dismiss all but they come back. in looking at the appointments, they donÂ´t have my name associated with them. they say unknown and have lost some of the details.     - Why might I have arabic characters in some of my calendar days in? This just started in Outlook 2002: I have arabic looking characters in some of my calendar view boxes. Always on the first of the month, and in the upper-left most day of the month as I am scrolling down through the month. I'm thinking they must represent the name of the month.     - Meeting invitation when sent to a Distribution List appear without Hi , When a meeting request is sent to a Distribution List /group , the members of the Distribution Lists are unable to respond to the meeting requests. The accept , tentative , decline buttons don't even appear in the meeting request (when opened from attendee's inbox) .     - Viewing Shared Calendars We have SBS2003 R2 server running exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients. About two weeks ago my users started reporting that they could no longer access shared calendars. I have checked the permissions and they are all OK, but when clicked to open the message "The calendar folder could not be found" appears if the shared calendar is deleted and I try to reopen it "Unable to display the folder" appears.     - Outlook 2007 - category colours disappear No matter how I try to do it, I can't get the colours to stay on my calendar items in Outlook. I originally tried to create custom categories with pretty colours and custom names, but after shutting down outlook (and the pc), upon next restart, all the colours were blank and the labels were described as "not in the master category list". I tried again with the categories/colours already in outlook and just renamed them, but the same thing happened and in the morning they were all plain white again. So I tried a final time and just used the categories/colours without renaming and it happened again. I've googled to try to find a solution but nothing I've read is relevant or works for my prob.     - Duplicates when sync Palm and OL 2003 Am using OL 2003 and put the appointments in my pc and then sync. SOMETIMES....not always....they duplicate themselves and I end up with 2 exact appointments on my OL and in my Palm.     - Calendar printing bug crashes Outlook 2007 I am reposting with new information and do hope I have not broken any rules. This annoying bug re-appears despite deleting this file. It seems to relate to unchecking the box 'print exactly one month to a page' in the 'page set up' dialogue. I am trying to print five weeks to a page (ie beginning of one month and all appointments in the first week of the next month) It also occurs if I print more than one month. Is there any other solution to this please? BTWThe calendar Printing Assistant does not give such clearly legible days' entries as Outlook.     - Conference rooms don't show up in "suggested times" In Outlook 2007, we've discovered that when scheduling a meeting using the Scheduling Assistant, if you add a conference room as a resource (or through "Add Rooms..."), the Suggested Times column does not include the room. In other words, i create a meeting request from my own calendar in Outlook. If i click on the Scheduling Assistant and look at the Suggested Times column, it says "1 of 1 free". That 1 would be me. If i add a room, it still says "1 of 1 free". If i add people to the meeting request, they DO show up in the Suggested Times column. This only happens when i add the room as a room/resource. If i select the room and add it as Required, it is included in the Suggested Times. Is that normal Outlook behavior? It seems like you'd want to be able to add a room AS a room/resource, and not a human attendee and still have it included in the Suggested Times.     - Meeting Organizer Defaults to wrong person We have a public folder for our conference room calendar to schedule meetings in. Everyone has access to this calendar and can schedule meetings. They are to be the organizer and invite themselves so it shows up on their personal calendar. Yet some meetings have been schedule and the person doing it, is not listed as the meeting organizer in the Scheduling tab list of attendees, but someone else, someone who isn't even involved.     - 2007 Calendar unable to use custom form created in a previous vers We have a shared calendar with a custom appt form created 3 yrs ago in a previous Outlook version. After installing Outlook 2007, receive msg that the 'object cannot be found' when trying to create a new appt. The form can be fully used in previous Outlook versions. Previous appts can be viewed/edited in Outlook 2007 but not created. I've cleared the cache and deleted the forms from my local pc. you can't change the order, other than by adding a prefix to the subject
that will put them in the order you want.
