Hi,

Is there a way to number a reoccuring event in Outlook 2003? For instance:

1/4 Staff Meeting
2/4 Staff Meeting, etc.

No. You'd need to make individual events. Use a version of this method:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/countdown.htm to do it in Excel.
