and if using outlook 2007, you have the calendar in the to-do bar. :)
Outlook is not an alarm clock. Another quick reminder method is flags - set
a flag on any item. Assuming Outlook 2007, you can right click on the flag
field and choose Custom. Type a note in the Follow up field and set the date
and reminder time.
