Hi

I am using MS Outlook 2003 and 2007. I have a situation here. When someone
send me a meeting request. Normally, before i accept or decline the meeting.
the event is added to my calender automaticaly with tentative signed.
Sometime I found this is confusing. Can I disable this option? so the event
is on my calender only if i have accept the meeting.

I have tested both version 2003 and 2007 are the same.

Thank you in advance

Regards
Huazhi

No. It's on the calendar as tentative so if you miss it in the email, you'll
see the invite when you are scheduling appointments.
