The first thing you might consider is to change your rule to move only mail
messages to the PST, leaving other items, like meeting requests, in the
mailbox. Then using Save and Close will choose the correct calendar.
You can certainly open the Personal Folders calendar and move all the
entries to the mailbox Calendar. You will not be able to delete the
Personal Folders calendar folder itself. Once Outlook creates a default
folder, it cannot be deleted. If it really bothers you, create a new PST
and move everything in the existing PST (except for the calendar folder) to
it, then close and delete the existing PST. You'll have to modify your
rules to use the new PST, but that should be easy enough.
If you have any meeting requests, you can make sure they wind up in the
mailbox calendar by clicking File>Move to Folder instead of Save and Close.
