    - sometime creating appointment cannot include signature Outlook 2007 When I create an appointment sometime I am able to go to insert and under include there is an option to include one of my signatures.     - Are "Link" Icons available in appointments In the KeyCalendar there are very useful icons that are indicators of and links to connected to the appointment.     - Appointments shown as busy I've started sharing a calender with a colleague (both using Outlook 2007 but no server).     - understanding calendar publishing Ok I am trying to understand how to use calendaring. Here is what I want to do. My calendar at work I publish it and subscribe to it at home. Now that is working for the most part. Now here is question one: every 20 min or so Outlook does a send/receive and the calendar is updated, sometimes it does not update my calendar at home. What should I look for when it does not update like it should? The calendar that I publish is named Calendar-Publish and my default calendar is Calendar. Question two: I want both my default and my publish calendar at work to be synchronized all the time. How can I do this? If I publish my default calendar, I can only get a part of it on the internet. I need the entire calendar to publish every day. I know this is a long question but it is the only way that I know to try to get you to understand what I am doing and what I want to do.     - Outlook 2007 Error While working in Calendar, if I click on a specific date from the mini-month calendar in the upper left, an error message pops up stating an error has occurred and the program needs to close. There is a check box that if checked reopens Outlook very quickly. The option to send a report to Microsoft then appears. What is really weird is the error only occurs for any date more than 14 days from today's date. All other Outlook functions seem to be operating normally. Any thoughts? Thanks.     - Unable to remove reminders Hi Using Outlook 2007 with service pack 1 installed Suddenly I am not able to dismiss any reminders. The message I get is "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. The end date you entered occurs before the start date" I've searched the internet for an answear on this one, and found one describing how to use the MFCMAPI tool to remove the problem reminders. I did get rid of the reminders using this tool, but the problem came back again on my first booking in the calendar.     - identical calender meeting appearing twice side by side When viewing managers calendar in my outlook , sometimes an incomming email has added a meeting to calendar which then appears twice (side by side) both identical.     - Default and Mailbox Calendars... My company is one a server with the ability to share virtually any piece of information on any of the three computers in the office. Two of us work full time and currently the boss is the only one with capabilities to share his calendar, etc. He used to be able to share his default calendar on the network but a few months ago his pc crashed and so we were forced to purchase a new tower. Our tech has been employed by us for only a few months and he did all the setup for the new tower to get everything transferred from old tower to the new, etc. Now, my boss is only able to share a calendar that is labeled as Calendar in Mailbox... Mine is the same way. Is there any way to fix this? Are we maybe not sharing all the information that we should be through the network? Please help, this is driving my boss and I crazy!!     - Outlook Calendar Toolbars Using Outlook 2003 on MSW 2K, the Calendar toolbar will not save the action/standard buttons, Accept, Decline, etc.......or the Send button. I can move them to the existing toolbars but they don't stay once the window closes.     - Calendar Permissions I have a user that wants to share his Outlook 2003 calendar with other coworkers. He wants his coworkers to be able to view only the subject line of his calendar items. He doesn't want them to be able to open and read the details of each calendar item. Currently, we are able to set "Read Only" permissions. However, this allows his coworkers the ability to open the meeting/appointment/event and read more details about it. He doesn't want that. We have also tried setting his calendar items as "Private". When you do this, the subject line says something general like "Private Item". It doesn't give you the acutal subject line. Is there a way for him to be able to set calendar permissions for his coworkers to only be able to read the subject line of his calendar items? Let me know if you need more information.     - Outlook Calendar I copied my old .pst file, specifically calendar, into the default calendar. Initially, it was showing up as Calendar. Now it is appearing as Calendar (2).     - Delete personal calendar Hello, I have a Mailbox Calendar and a Personal Calendar, but i only want one calendar for all my appointments/meetings. When i accept meetings from senders in my personal folder (i have rules that move the messages to my personal folder), it creates a calendar in my personal folder.     - Outlook sending updates for meetings that haven't been updated I have an odd issue. I have had a number of people report that Outlook will send updates for meetings by itself. We are using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003, and these people set up a meeting and invite multiple people and everything works as normal. Then, sometime in the future, Outlook automatically sends out an update to the meeting (nothing has actually changed about the meeting, but it sends an update none the less) to everyone invited to the meeting. The meeting organizer is always logged into Outlook at the time, but sometimes isn't even at their desk when the update is sent. They only find out later when they start receiving acceptance emails about the update. When you look in sent items, there is an email that was sent from outlook for the update, but the person didn't send it. This has happened to multiple people, multiple times, with multiple meetings, so I know it isn't just a single person doing something weird. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?     - OL2007 and Connector I have OL2007, running Vista SP1, useing IE7, and OL Connector. MSN Subscriber. When I add an event to my calendar that is sync'd the event shows as an all day event in OL2007, but when I view it on the web the event is a two day event. This also happens vise-a-versa. If you select that view and then exit Outlook, it should remember and return
to that view the next time.

I'd try two things: the first would be to reset all views with the
/cleanviews command switch. If that didn't work, I'd try a new mail
profile.
