Everytime my boss tries to share her calendar with me, it doesn't work. There
is an error mesage that indicates some one is signed in and needs to exit. It
was working before and then it was deleted..please help!!

Through the publishing process. When she publishes it, she sends me a sharing
invite to add it onto my own calendar.

You might want to try Calgoo Hub for publishing from Outlook 2003 or
2007.
