I'm trying to change the calendar view in Outlook 2007 (operating Windows
Vista) to the table/grid view. However, it does not even give me that
option. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

"By Category" is a table view.

How are you trying? Does by category work?

I also have the same problem (I think!) - I want the monthly view to look
like a grid with a box per day arranged NOT in columns or in a table - I want
it like the print view (and like it was with Outlook2003). Possible?

you want a 7x5 grid? (as seen in the initial frame here:
http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/twocal/twocalendar.htm)

Use the Month button in the Day/Week/Month view to switch to it.

Hi Diane. No - I want a view as if I've selected the Weekly View in the
printing functionality.

you want the 2 column view? you'll need to use the calendar printing
assistant.
See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links to it and
other printing utilities.

Thanks Diane. Before I install these a question. Are these just for printing
or will they change the on screen view. Sorry if I wasn't clear - I want to
see on screen the Weekly View format that you get when printing (and not on
screen by Print Preview! - on screen in the normal "Calendar" window).
Thanks!!

Thanks Diane. Still doesn't give me the "print" view. Have clicked the "this
was useful" button as at least you tried! I assume the view's been taken out
of Outlook. Cheers.
