    - Outlook 2007 Group Scheduler I have an Exchange 2003 environment with clients running Outlook 2003 and upgrades to 2007 running. In one office, the entire suite moved to Outlook 2007. Now some of the users group scheduling windows cause Outlook to crash and restart. Others work normally. The crash occurs when you try to view an individual's calendar via the group scheduling window by clicking on the fiel folder icon next to their name. The window for the calendar will open and allow the user to view it, but when they try to close that view, Outlook hangs for about 15-30 seconds then announces that there is a problem and allows you to send a report to Microsoft. After this completes, Outlook opens again and works normally until you repeat the process. Office SP1 has been applied and that does not make any difference. Windows and Office have been patched by means of Microsoft Update. This is getting very frustrating and I cannot find anything similar on any forum, newsgroup or knowledge base.     - Calendar - Outlook 2007 Each time I click on a date in the future to enter diary details - the details are only entered into the current day. e.g. Today is 21 March. If I make an entry on 22 March it will immediately revert to posting that entry to 21 March.     - Synchronization is happening one direction only I use Microsoft Outlook 2003, HP iPAQ h2215, and ActiveSync 4.5 for my calendar. When I create an appointment on Outlook and attempt to synchronize (by right-clicking the ActiveSync icon in the notification area and selecting Sychronize), it does not get sent to my iPAQ. However, if I create an appointment on my iPAQ, it successfully synchronizes automatically. But even after the appointment(s) created on my iPAQ get synced into Outlook, the appointment(s) created in Outlook still aren't synced to my iPAQ. It's almost as if ActiveSync doesn't realize that appointments created in Outlook are supposed to get synchronized. Is there something I need to do that I could be forgetting?     - I need help with the Public Calendar The public calendar entries are not displaying the same information on each workstation for ex. if I input something as an all day event it is showing correctly on my system but it shows as a two day event on the other systems.     - Outlook 2003 - why wont appointments enter into my calendar? March 20 - I can create an appointment, schedule attendees, send to attendees, etc. But when I look at my calendar the event is not showing up. The attendees receive the meeting request and gets entered into their calendars when accepted. An appointment does not get entered when its created on its own as well (no attendees).     - open office 2007 calender through web link on intranet On our intranet we can open Office 2003 Calendars with this path using IE: outlook://Public%20Folders/All%20Public% etc. This will NOT work with Office 2007.     - Meeting invitation times changed by outlook I have a client who is having an issue with outlook 2003.. When he receives a meeting invitation the application is modifying the time to reflect standard time, one hour prior to the actual event. The calendar time zone is set correctly and automatically adjusted for daylight savings. The local machine is also correctle configured to reflect the appropriate time zone and daylight time adjustment. Any ideas???     - Meeting Invitations Appear as Regular e-mail Messages I am getting meeting invites being sent to me from a client. They use Outlook through MS Exchange. When I receive them in Outlook they appear as regular text e-mails.     - Synchronizing Calendars without Exchange Server I use two computers and two calendars - a desktop at the office that uses MS Exchange Server for email, calendaring, etc.. and a laptop at home that is not connected to that (although I can connect to it via a VPN). I use a Blackberry that syncs email and calendar items with the office desktop via the MS Exchange Server. What I want to do is to have Outlook send an email from one account to another in order to alert me if a calendar change is made in one calendar (so that, for example, I can enter an appointment on my Blackberry, have it synced to my desktop automatically as it already does, and also send a message to my personal e-mail account so that I can create a calendar entry in Outlook on my laptop). Is there a way to have a canceled appointment automatically removed from an Outlook 2003 calendar when you are using Rescource Management? I have an e-mail account setup for my business that acts as a scheduling device for the conference room. I have the Resource Management setup to automatically accept invitations and cancelations, which works great, except that canceled appointments still remain on the conference room calendar, even though they show as free time.     - alternate ways of creating new calendar entries I have lists of calendar entries that need to be made (at least 100!), and would like to enter them from the active appointments screen, or one similar to it, rather than the normal new screen.     - Outlook Not Responding To All: My Outlook 2007 with BCM works about 85% of the time. The other 15% of the time I get a message on the Title Bar saying (Not Responding) and the whole screen looks like it has a film over it and it is all faded out. I close and open the program and most times it works. Sometimes I need to wait a few hours and come back to the program and then it works.     - Recurring appointments span two days and end at 1:00AM instead of midnight I have noticed that many of my "all day" recurring appointments are messed up. Instead of starting and stopping at 12:00 they are starting and stopping at 1:00. This causes them to show up on two days in my calendar. If I open the series and click "recurrence" it shows them as 12 to 12. If I save it and click "ok" to all the warnings, it fixes the problem. When I would enter an 'all day event' for birthdays and set it for the year they were born, and it would put the total up and put the total next to the appointment.     - With a Shared calendar only show free/busy information So my company has set up exchange accounts/calenders for Conference Rooms, to see the calendar which is shared among users. However, of course since it is a shared calendar all users can just view the calendar and all events and attendees. Is there a way to view the shared calendar but only to see the free/busy information pretty much just see if the room is occupied during that time. Remember this is for the calender, not the scheduling a meeting aspect.     - DST 2008 - Calendar appointments 1 hour off! I'm also having issues with the 1 hour calendar appointments. It's only a few users on the network though so i don't really understand it. All the patches are installed client and server side. I even tried the tzmove app as well. Surfing the net, i find i'm not the only one witnessing this. I am using an HP iPAQ h2215, ActiveSync 4.5, and Outlook 2003 for my
calendar. When I synchronize, appointments that I created using my iPAQ are
synchronized perfectly, but any appointments created with Outlook are not
synchronized. Why is this?

Check your synch settings on the iPAQ. =20

Synching is the purview of the device/software, not Outlook so any =
follow-up should be sent to microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync.=20
