I am having the same issue. Everything was working fine last week, and this
week gpupdate /force won't even run on the DCs. Getting the same error
message, that both the User Policy and the Computer Policy have not completed
in the expected amount of time. Here is the ipconfig from the workstation
and the DCs...oh, and there are absolutely no error messages on the
workstatations/DCs. But, then again, we haven't gotten any Event ID 1704s
(SceCli) since Friday. Didn't change anything on the DCs...just rebooted
over the weekend.
I have seen lots of posts on this to no avail. Weird how a GPO that has
been working for almost a year just quits with no messages. GPEDIT.LOG shows
this on the workstaion, but I can't find referecne on that spefic hex error:
