Hi,

I have a terminal server user. See print screen below

http://www.box.net/shared/agdpk5n48s

in AD the Enable remote control is enabled and the require user's permission
is not checked (i.e disabled).

Yet, I get prompted for the user's password when I try to remote control a
user.

Is their another place that one needs to change the settings?

Thanks

Hello Vishal,

Check out your GPO's, Computer configuration, administrative templates, Windows
components, Terminal services, terminal server, connection, in the right
pane "Set rules for remote control of Terminal services user sessions"

The same policy exist under user configuration part. If both are configured
computer configuration will win.

Best regards
