Has anyone ever set a Kerberos UDP MaxPacketSize for all computers in the
domain to force Kerberos to use TCP? We have issues with our VPN taking 10+
minutes to logon. When I change this DWORD in the registry to a decimal
value of 1,465 or lower, everything works great. I was just curious if
anyone has ever set this across the board to that value or 1.

Yeah we set it 1 for all our laptops as we were experiencing severe packet
fragmentation on dial up. This fixed it
