Home Folder Creation

Is there away to create a homefolder using the display name instead of
%username%. We have student account that are going to be numbers and we
would like to have the display name as the home folder for easier lookup on
the server folders. Is there a variable I can use instead of %username%?

You can make it anything you wish (Home folder) if you are willing to
script it or do it manually. And notice the "Home Folder" and the
"My Documents" are not TECHNICALLY the same thing even though
they point by default to the same place.

The real problem here is the concept of using non-meaningful user
account names.

Rethink the assumptions of the folks who thought that one up.
