I created an OU and added a user into it. Then I created a GPO and linked
that to this OU. Then from User Configuration> Admin Templates> taskbar &
start menu I enabled Remove Log Off from Start Menu.
When the user logs on the same system (DC) it takes effect: Log Off is not
available in start menu. But when he logs on some other system the new
configuration did not have any effect.

After I enabled roaming user profile for that particular user, it is working.
But user must log on the DC once then only the policy would take effect in
other systems. But all users are not supposed to log on DC. I tried the same
in another domain and got the same result. Any suggestion would be of great
help
to me.

Hello Ananda,

Did you check with gpresult /v on other machines that the policy is applied?
Is the machine in the same subnet/site?

Yes the machine is in the same site and same subnet. I tried gpresult /v ; it
says "Info:The policy object does not exists".
I tried rsop.msc as well , it says "RSOP data is invalid, likely causes are
date is corrupt or deleted or never been created:
details-Invalid namespace"
