Hello mnasirkarim,

Enable auditing on folder level, folder properties, security, advanced button
and here you have a tab auditing. Add the user/groups you need and check
the optoins you like to audit.

Hi,

In Audit for Object Access, when a user copy or cut the data it will not
generate Event.
