Sounds like you are going to have to use a tape backup to restore this
server. If you don't have that then you will have to use a second dc in
your domain and recover this dc with replication (This will require metadata
cleanup).
Do you have a tape backup or a second dc? Then you will have to go to
another NewsGroup to see if someone knows a way to help you recover this
hardware.
