You should really ask this question over on one of the MS Office newsgroups.
This newsgroup is for 64-bit Windows questions, not Office questions.
Frankly, I haven't had to deal with using the Office transfer wizard in a
while, and don't remember what its limitations are.
If you're moving all your applications from one machine to another, use the
Files and Settings Transfer Wizard (or it's Vista equivalent, the Windows
Easy Transfer). You'll have to manually install your applications, but most
of the settings should transfer well.
