Where DO we send any bug reports we might have?

As Michael points out, posting something here is useful since we may have
some information that could resolve the issue. You should also be aware that
if you open a support incident and the problem turns out to be a bug, the
incident is free. And often the only way to get access to the necessary hot
fix, if it exists, is to open a support incident.
