problems with free download of trial

I have tried a few times - with my info and also trying my wife's. I keep
getting the same error when I try to complete the CheckOut. And I have not
received an emails either.

The following error(s) has occurred:
No Product Key can be returned at this time.
If quantity does not equal '1', please correct the quantity and re-submit.


Is there any other place to get the x64 demo for download?

I have had the same problem when I tried it at first, but when I tried it
again the day after, it worked properly.
I suggest you trie it some more.
I hope it will work then...

I have been trying for 4 days and I have yet to be able to get it to go past
the error about No Product Key available at this time.

This will sound a bit simple but when the problem happened to me several
times, my fix was to highlight the number "1" in the quantity section and
type the number "1" in again. Believe it or not this worked. Good luck.
