I think the servers and the evaluation program (mailing the DVDs) are
handled by the Catalyst Corp. Catalyst has been a Microsoft contractor
before for similar programs.

No. There are separate dvd's for x86 and x64. Build 5536 only released for
x86. When RC1 releases in a few days it will be available as two separate
dvd's or downloads.
