Hide the Internet Explorer 32-bit icon, from the Desktop Display Properties
> Customize Desktop dialog. Then send a shortcut of the Internet-Explorer
64-Bit icon to the desktop and drag to it on the taskbar, then you can half
way make it your default browser.
