I am working on book , to use MS Office 2003, to place the figure or
picture which spread on both side odd and even.

if it is not possible in ms office, so what is the other program, or
it is possible in page layout program "Adobe Page maker".

if I am working in ms office or page layout program, how can I
converts these file into PDF file foramt.

Word is not very good at this. It's a word processor, not a document layout
program. Use Word to write, use something else to layout your pages.

You can print to PDF from many programs. Just get a 'print to pdf' program -
there are many out there from the free to the expensive.

This has nothing to do with 64-bit Windows. Please post any follow on
questions in an appropriate newsgroup.

Hi:
Freeware PDF Creator (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/) is one of
those "Print to PDF" programs that Charlie mentions in his post.
