What is your hardware configuration? No one can help if they don't know
what your hardware is! Most of the MBs that are 64-bit have on-board
NICs that have drivers available!

According to the manual, your MB has a Marvel 88E1111 giga-bit LAN. I
am not familiar with that chip and don't know what drivers support it,
but www.PlanetAMD64.com and www.64bitstuff.com are two sites that have
drivers available for download. I would think you should be able to
find a driver for your on-board LAN.

So, you're talking about a wireless pci card? What chip is on the card?
There are several chips that do have 64-bit drivers. Otherwise, your
only choice is to buy a card that has a x64 compatible chip.

Can you remove the card from the computer and read what is on the chip?
It would be a chip about 1 inch (approx. 2.54 cm) square and would
have a model number of some sort and a name of a manufacturer.

Another method would be to boot into XP 32-bit and look at the
properties of the card in the Windows "Device Manager." You could also
see what drivers are loaded which might help in searching for 64-bit
drivers.

There are supposed to be some Broadcom drivers in Win x64, but I don't
know which ones. You might need to pull the card and see what the
Broadcom number is on the chip and then try installing the x64 driver
manually.

You need 64-bit drivers for the card to work in Win x64.
