XP Pro x64 is OEM only, meaning sold preinstalled on a new computer or
purchased with a piece of qualifying hardware. It is not available in a
boxed, retail edition.

qualifying Server hardware (computer).

Andre, I think that is only true of the DataCenter Edition. I have a boxed
Server 2003 Standard.
