No. x64 Edition only comes in XP Professional. And in no case can a 64-bit
operating system be installed directly from within a 32-bit operating
system. It is only available as a "fresh install". That generally means
formatting your hard drive partiton where x64 Edition will be installed.

If you have a 64-bit computer you can dual boot x64 on a second partition or
drive or wipe out Home and replace it with x64. You did not describe your
computer in any way, so no one can advise you further.
