Use this llink to test your players:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/
The system32 folder should contain a folder named Macromed which contains
the subfolders labeled Flash(which is empty) and Shockwave10 (which contains
Download.dll , gi.dll, gtapi.dll and Download.exe.
The sysWOW64 should also contain a folder named Macromed containing the
folders labeled Common , Flash, update, Director and Shockwave 10
Use the link to test your instalations. Your system32 and sysWOW64 Macromed
folders should be as described above. Both boxes on the test page should say
instalation complete and when you click see the examples provided should
work.
Perhaps the program you wish to view does not work with the new players or
xp64. To get shockwave to install you must move the Macromed folder from the
sysWOW64 to the system32 folder then the shockwave install program will
work. If you have a link to the learning program you wish to use please post
it . Also Macromedia has email support which might be worth a try.
