Hello DL,
I am not sure whether the Logitech devices work with the Microsoft
Bluetooth stack.
PnP detection should detect the Bluetooth radio, if it didn't then the
Widcomm drivers would need to be used.
Since the Microsoft Bluetooth stack isn't loaded, it loads if we detect the
Bluetooth Radio and install drivers for it. that explains why the CPL isn't
in Control Panel and why it doesn't run.
