activation

i brought the ultimate version which came with 32 and 64 bit, i installed the
32 bit to see if the upgrade would work and it did then i wipped my entire
compter and installe dthe full version of the 64 bit since my computer is
ment for that. now it keeps telling me my activation code is in use already ?
how do i fix that without spending 400 dollars for another version. I bought
it should i should be able to install any version of it on my computer ?

Use the telephone activation, tell them what happened.
