Yes, there will be a x64 version. In fact, its rumored that all editions
except for the Starter edition will be available in both 32/64 bit versions.
So the user will have a choice to install either the 32 bit or 64 bit
version according to their processor architecture.

There will be both x64 and x86 versions of all but the most basic home
edition, from what I've seen reported. But it's WAY too early for final
decisions about SKUs and versions. They will almost certainly change by the
time this all ships.
