Have Vista Home Premium 64 bit. Is the 32 bit version on the dvd, and if so
will the COA work for both versions?

Vista 32-bit and 64-bit are on separate DVDs.

If you have any version other than Vista Premier retail the disc only has x64
on it. If you bought a retail version you can request a disc with the x86
version on it from Microsoft for a "nominal" fee. If you have an OEM version
your only course of action is to purchase another copy with a new product key
in x86. The premier version sold in a retail package is the only one that
comes with both discs in it.
