That is true... you can't install a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit
processor. I've tried it running Mandrake Linux as the Host OS
and Windows XP 64 Professional as a guest. I've also tried it
running Windows 2003 64 bit as the Host and XP 64 Professional as
a guest. You must have a 64 bit processor to run any 64 bit
software.
