sounds like you have a more serious problem than just the installs not =
working correctly.
do you not think that after at least 4 programs that fail in the same =
manner you have more serious problem.
better take the advise of the next responder and do an in place upgrade. =
aka repair install.

I have tried AVG and AVAST they did not install, this is not just a=20
anti-virus problem all downloads stop loading even windows programs=20
