I have Vista Home Premium 32-bit. Can I update to Vista Ultimate 64-bit? my

You will need to order the 64-bit DVD and perform a clean install of
Windows.
The product key you have for Home Premium should work unless you have an OEM
version, or you got it preinstalled on your machine.

A new key would be required for Ultimate. A Home Premium key will only
install Home Premium. Likewise, an Ultimate key will only install Ultimate.

You will need to do a clean install, but you can get an "anytime upgrade"
