Trial Download Reports Error

I have applied for trial download for XP x64 six times but after clicking
continue I get Error. if not equal to "1"

I have tried two machines. Server 2003 x64 trial download works OK

Just found others with same issue. These did not show up in my other news
reader for some reason.

Does the problem happen on all machines?
