Yes. XP x64 includes an emulation layer called WOW64 for running 32-bit
apps. Most 32-bit apps run on x64.
However, apps that require a driver must have a 64-bit driver. Apps that
have a 16-bit installer will not install because no 16-bit software will run
on x64.
