Hi All

I am about to buy a HP 2600N laserjet. Have scouted around the web and even
contacted HP - there is no X64 driver for it.
Does WIn X64 have driver support for it? Any thing else I can do to get this
printer working?
Need to know before I buy it, which is tomorrow! ie - should I not buy it....

Thanks for help in anxious urgent anticipation : )

Although some of my colleagues seem only to have the time to tell you to look
other places and make nonsensical comments , I can tell you that most major
printer makers have work a rounds on there site support pages that allow
other older drivers to deliver on some of the functional work of printers not
yet capable of full 64 bit compatibility. Good luck.

Yes, as I've pointed out in my blogs, and on this newsgroup every day.
However, when the printer says "host mode" printing and offers no
alternative, experience has taught us that it's a bad bet to work if there
isn't a direct driver.
